Mondays Note: for 6.30-8.30pm sessions, last 30 minutes is fitness
15th May 6-7pm Academy Intro/Goals & Expectations Player Expectations/Gillespie Expectations/Goal setting exercise/watch Motivational Video
29th May 6.30-8.30pm Net Session to identify major weaknesses in techniques of each batter/bowler This session will help us to identify what it is that makes your game tick and what is holding you back.

19th June 6.30-8.30pm Batting and bowling under duress You need to be able to do this!
3rd July 6-7pm Strength & Conditioning It’s very important to be strong!
24th July 6.30-8.30pm Net session to fine tune your technique Bowling machines and net session to help us keep chipping away at your technique
